The very fact that we have rented most of our available townhomes and other properties should tell you we can probably find you a tenant. Why would you give your house to a management company who have lots of properties to rent? Yours then becomes just another to show people around. We also mange the properties we lease, so we are doubly careful who we choose as tenants.
